Where is the store based?
We currently do not have a physical store that you can visit but we are based in London, UK.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally, so you can order adorable clothes and accessories from anywhere around the world! The standard shipping fee is £3.99 for UK orders and £7.99 for International orders under £50 and free for orders over £50! Please note that we are not responsible for any extra custom tax/fees set within your country.

How long does shipping take?
It will take 2-5 days to process your order and then we will ship your order out to you.
Delivery time will depend on your location, but most of the time it'll take 30-45 days! If you have not received your order after 65 days of placing your order, please email or DM us and we will try our best to help you!

I'm missing some products from my parcel! Help?
Some of our products are sent via Drop Shopping - this means that we will process your order and then pass it onto our suppliers so they will directly send your items to you. Please read the item description carefully, items ordered via Drop Shopping may take longer to arrive/may not arrive with the rest of your items.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds. We are not responsible for lost parcels therefore we will not refund you if your item has been lost on its way to you. Payment at checkout is final so please make sure you have chosen the correct item(s) and that the sizing/colour is correct before paying!
Please also take into consideration that all measurements included in the description of our items are 1-3 cm off since everything is manually measured. Colours may also vary slightly due to filters, lighting and screen colours, if you're not sure about anything, please free to email or DM us before placing your order!

Can I cancel my order?
Prior to shipping, we're able to cancel your order but unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
